Salon CRM provides online booking for beauty salons in Tashkent. This page explains how we use data during the pilot.
Data we collect
To create an account and manage appointments, we process your name, phone number, sign-in data, and the selected salon, branch, service, specialist, and time.
How data is used
We use data to protect accounts, show availability, create or cancel appointments, enable salon contact, and resolve service issues.
Sharing with salons
Your name, contact details, and appointment information are shown only to the selected salon and authorized staff who need them to deliver the service.
Telegram notifications
If you connect Telegram, we may send confirmations, reminders, changes, or cancellations. Connecting Telegram is optional and can be disabled in account settings.
Retention and deletion
We retain data while needed to operate your account and appointments. After a deletion request, data is deleted or de-identified unless retention is needed for legal obligations, security, or dispute handling.
Your choices
You may review and correct account data, disconnect Telegram, or request deletion. Contact the platform support channel or salon administrator for help.
